On July 22, 2022, China National Intellectual Property Administration released the "Decision on the Awarding of the Twenty-third China Patent Award", and two invention patents of China Tianying, "ZL201610676690.1 A Large Domestic Waste Incineration Grate Furnace" and "ZL201710302846.4 Method of Using Plasma Torch for Recovery Treatment of Waste Incineration Fly Ash", won the "China Patent Excellence Award", which was also the first time for China Tianying to win this award.

The China Patent Award, known as the "Oscar" of China's patent industry, is co-sponsored by the National Intellectual Property Administration of China and the World Intellectual Property Organization, and is awarded once a year.

As the first national IP demonstration enterprise in the industry, China Tianying has 582 patents (including 67 invention patents, 498 practical model patents and 17 appearance patents), ranking first in the industry in terms of the number of patents.
