At 10:00 am of 17 May 2013, 2012 annual shareholders' meeting was held at fourth floor conference room of the headquarter building of Jiangsu TY Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. Total of 12 people of the shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the meeting, on behalf of the company vote shares 237501233 shares, occupied 100% of the company vote shares.
