Jilin Party Secretary Jing fully affirmed and warmly congratulated on the three-party cooperation. He pointed out that with abundant wind, water and straw resources, Jilin has been actively developing onshore wind and solar projects, geothermal projects, and green hydrogen, ammonia and methanol projects in recent years, with such actions as Hydrogen-powered Jilin, Green Aviation Fuel, and Methanol-powered Traveling, as well as a host of key green hydrogen projects. As an international leader in green energy and green product certification, BV is well positioned to support the compliance of green projects with EU standards from the design stage to the whole industrial chain. To better serve Jilin and beyond building on this basis, BV is welcome to establish its office in Jilin.

CNTY Chairman Yan expressed his gratitude to Party Secretary Jing and his delegation for taking time out from their visit to Europe to attend this event. He emphasized Jilin's favorable wind and solar resources and fruitful achievements in renewable energy development in recent years, with continuous dedication to green and high quality development. Thanks to the support and guidance from Jilin party committees and governments at all levels, CNTY has seen rapid development of its new energy business in Jilin. Given BV's extensive experience in carbon footprint certification and project management, it is hoped that the joint forces between BV and CNTY will boost Jilin's green industry chain, high-quality development and overall revitalization.

BV Executive VP François Chabas warmly welcomed the Jilin delegation and CNTY to BV global head office in Paris. He highlighted BV's long-standing history and cutting-edge expertise and experience in quality, safety and environment. Over the years, BV has been deeply engaged in the Chinese market, with deepening industrial ties. Energy and environment are playing increasingly important roles in its business development in the past three decades, with strong emphasis on the growth of services in fields of wind and solar power generation projects, green hydrogen, ammonia and methanol certification, and technical consulting on system management. Recognizing the demonstrative significance of CNTY's integrated project, he expressed the hope that BV may deepen the green cooperation with CNTY and Jilin Province, to support the carbon footprint certification and project management of CNTY's green energy projects, and fuel Jilin's renewable sector.
